Dr. Spence at Regenerative Medicine Associates is the real deal. I went in with lingering joint inflammation and soft-tissue issues that just weren’t resolving, and PRP injections with Ozone were recommended. The entire process was professional, well-explained, and confidence-inspiring from start to finish.
What stood out most was Dr. Spence’s and Amanda's precision and understanding of how to actually treat the root cause—not just mask symptoms. I had a torn rotator cuff and upper labrum tears from an old injury that originally happened about 10 years ago and was re-torn just before my wedding. The pain was intense, I had significant loss of motion, and I was having trouble sleeping.
