Just to share my experience. They were incredibly friendly. And a good experience BUT my nail’s themselves I am not happy with. They did not put a top coat and even when I mentioned it they said “no they’ll be fine” and now a couple days later my nails are NOT holding up. I will not be going there again especially not for how much I paid for this set. . ?
Honestly, it’s not that they did a bad job. It’s that they’re so inefficient. Twice I’ve gone here and both times I was there for over FOUR AND A HALF hours. That’s without a wait time. I’ve gotten right in both times, but once I’m in the chair (for a basic gel mani/pedi, no designs) it’s been so damn slow. And then it’s overpriced. I thought the first time was an anomaly, but apparently not. I’ve gone to so many other salons that have you in and out with both services in 2/2.5 hours. This was double that. I loved my nails. The three-hour wait was worth it. I was told the wait was long, three hours or longer, to have my nails done. The best part was that I did not have to sit there and wait, so I left and did all my errands. I got a phone call and notified me that the technician was available to do my nails. I loved the set up. Very professional. Definitely coming back and will recommend all my friends.
