Today, my husband had to take a trip to the ER. The ER staff provided not only prompt care but were so very kind, respectful, and went above and beyond to get answers for us. From Braden, Jennifer, Kristen, Zach and anyone else that helped today, you guys were great and thank you again!
I came in on 21 January 7:30 pm screaming and crying and in a great deal of pain my hand and arm was completely swollen. You could tell that it was broken. Becky the girl in the bubble was amazing and they got me right back to trauma one they knew I was in a great deal of pain And they knew that my wrist was broken. I appreciate everyone that helped me that night Zach Jordan Deej , D, the girl that took my x-rays. I did not get her name. the housekeeper she came in and checked on me two or three times and help me ,Natalie ,everyone was very kind and they didn’t dismiss me. They were very hands-on and quick the waiting room lobby was very clean and then when they took me back to trauma one my room was clean. The ER felt clean. And everyone was super nice and helpful. I could not lay my arm down flat so people help me put pillows and blankets underneath me to try to help elevate my arm. I was treated with great care and I could have not asked for anything to be different. Everyone was amazing and everyone did a great job.. the nursing staff was amazing. I received amazing care.
