The tech was able to arrive early. He explained what he was doing and was about everything. He installed a Nest thermostat and Nest Hub Max. Had 2 cameras installed at a Jacksonville shop location. He would definitely recommend OnTech and will be going back for all of future needs. Knowledgeable and did a wonderful job. He cared about our home and questions or concerns were addressed. Highly recommend.

First time customer and definitely not last! Brian R. was the technician that installed the Nest Doorbell and did a wonderful job. He is professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable; I appreciate the extra time he spent to answer my questions. He made sure the setup was done, updated the wiring to the doorbell and chime (it was necessary), cleaned up all debris in/out the house, and reviewed the Nest app/features with me. I will definitely use this service and ask for him to return!
