I have been going to Nails By Chris for the past 2 years - I've always love my nails everytime they do them and the serivce is always great! The past 2 times I've went the serice has been a little off.
Today when I went the tech was almost done with my nails and all she had to do was paint them - she stops doing my nails to go over and do another customers eyebrows.
That really just rubbed me the wrong way, I feel as if the customer should have had to wait like I did.
I will continue going - I just recommened that they finish with me before helping another customer.
Love the atmosphere and the lady that done my nails. However, I wanted french tips but ended up with a different design. I just don't have the guts to speak up :( There is also a gap on my nails that I don't know is normal but it looks kinda grown out.
Chris is amazing! His customer service and attention to details is impeccable! The staff is so friendly and they make sure your experience is up to your expectations. I will go no where else!
