These guys were awesome. Had an issue with my AC and Heat causing my unit to constantly run and making a horrible noise. The issue was causing my electric bills to skyrocket in the winter when my bills are usually lower. They came out, addressed the issue, explained to me in great detail what the issue was and replaced the necessary parts within a couple days. Everything works great now from what I can tell. What’s more is that my unit was under warranty and they made sure I got an extension on that warranty for 10 years opposed to 5, and Rheem, the company of my AC unit paid for everything! Thank you guys for the service and support!

Allen and Slaton exceeded our expectations! Not only did they arrive quickly to our home upon notifying them, but they were also able to troubleshoot and identify the issue with our HVAC system in no time. They were both friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about HVAC systems. I would highly recommend McLeod Heating & Air Conditioning to anyone who wants their HVAC systems repaired with confidence.

Alan always comes out right away, he is prompt, professional, and you always feel like he is looking out for whats bet for you. He has gone above and beyond what most companies would do these days. I refer him every time someone ask about a company.
