Terry one of their technicians has been in the business for over 20 years and is a goodness-to-God honest man. For that, I give them 5 stars. Best experience I’ve had in valdosta and I worked with a different company for my GE clothes washer warranty prior to getting reassigned to eubanks.
Used but working appliances, while I was there I saw first hand them take care of a customer by refunding an overcharge. They seem to be very upfront and works with you on answering questions. A dryer for less than 400, not too bad
Their customer service is top notch. We needed a washing machine and were in and out in 30 minutes. The ladies at the desk answered all of our questions completely, and they loaded it up for us. Highly recommend!
