Great facility a little crowded at times but that because everyone goes to Crunch. Sometimes it takes awhile for equipment to get fixed but it's not a deal breaker. Prices are great for the location.
Pretty awesome gym. Cons: Air Cond is broke a lot and mens room is often ick. Lots of room and equipment for workouts. Great selection of classes; instructors are always prepared and give positive coaching ...shout out to Dave especially! Tanning booths are always clean. Hardly ever a wait for massage beds. Staff is always friendly.
Dave was the instructor this morning at 11 a.m. for a HIIT class! I worked out hard that I sweated! He's there on Wednesdays and Saturdays. I recommend you attend his class. I'm from Florida. My location is in Greenacres. When I visit my sister in Georgia, I go to Valdosta. I never broke a sweat there, but Dave did! Awesome job, Dave!
