Horrible experience I have been to this salon for 20 years and yet they won’t fix their bad service I showed a picture and it’s NOT what I got I had to leave to go get my kids at 7:00 pm however I showed up first thing this morning and was told I should have stayed and let them fix it!! DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS!! What I asked for and what I got.

Went to the nail salon July 27th 2024 and a guy did my nails there. He didn't care how I told him I wanted my nails! Did what he wanted and the results of my nails were HORRIBLE!!! I DO NOT recommend this nail salon to anyone that needs service.

Worst experience at this nail salon. I simply told the nail tech that I want red tip with design and she kept saying okay. When she started to paint my toes she painted the whole nail instead of the tip. I then told her that's not what I asked for and she started to get loud and talk to the other nail techs in her language for awhile before she got back on my feet. I then told her I only wanted clear polish on my feet because clearly it's an issue because she misunderstood me. There was one young male tech that kept laughing the whole while she was talking.
