I would recommend highly. My mom sold her home in S.Fla and also gifted some monies. Since the house was built in early 70’s records were scarce and Garrett went above and beyond… searching records and values to help her on taxes/monies owed. We believe he really did a great job, keeping us informed along the way!
Using BRD was a late decision and they certainly came through for me. I do not know if what they did for me was outside the norm, but I can say that the fee was significantly higher than I've had to pay before to ther firms. Overall they did excellent work! No complaints and I'll go back next year!
