Hired this firm for 2022 year taxes. Received no professional consultation before, during or after filing. This was a schedule C filing. Received a letter from IRS shortly after filing stating I owed additional taxes, which I paid. Was invoiced $572.00 for the schedule c tax preparation, which actually included 0 preparation. CPA did not follow up before or after for consultation. Stated in a follow up email that if I needed consultation it would be additional fee. H&R Block does a better job communicating and consulting on tax savings, which is crazy. You would think when a tax firm takes in a new client there would be some sort of onboarding process for the business....read full review

If you are looking for a legitimate firm that prioritizes client service, keep looking.
