Honey, let me tell you all about my experience here. I originally had appt elsewhere and the lady I booked with had doubled book and had to leave to shop to get color while 2 ppl including myself was waiting confusedly, she seemed to be off balanced and couldn't communicate. So I left. Now keep.in mind the weather was really bad that day and it was a Friday the day before the 4th of July. I went to another shop, but, they already had clients. I call The Hait Lab, no answer but, I end up getting a call back from a woman named Jamie. I told Jamie what happened and how bad my day was going. My first time walking in as a new & future client was so warming and felt like home. Customer service was TOP TIERRRRR!!! From the fruit bowls , nice and welcoming hair stylist , convenient parking & MORE !!! This is my new HAIR HOME LOL … YES! I said HAIR HOME … THANKGYA! They accept appointments & Walk-ins !
