Driver was very respectful and kind. I’m not use to driving a hybrid when I came out of store earlier I had no power at all. A man offered to help me jump it I discovered loose connection at battery. We jumped it and I was mistakenly turning it off lesson learned would highly recommend this service for anyone in the area.

Michael, the tow truck operator, was exceptionally friendly and very knowledgeable of his craft. He approached it with high confidence and had all of the appropriate tools to load my car safely. Angela, the dispatcher and customer service representative, is very much appreciated as well for her incredible customer service and patience during my scheduling dilemma. I called two other service providers prior to Southside, but going forward, Southside Wrecker will be my preferred service provider. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a respectful, friendly, quality tow for any vehicle specifically high-end cars. Thank you again and again!!!
