Whoever thought about the semi truck parking permit is a genius and I'm thankful for that and I wish this would be a thing in all planet fitness locations across the country . As a trucker is essentially to workout and unfortunately some locations don't allow trailer park being scared of truckers staying longer and taking the spot. The staff is friendly and everything at this location is A1 . Thanks again

The facility itself is decent and clean. I wish it had the speedy weight area but it does have a variety of other equipment. I'm not sure if it's all locations but having to double sign in and provide additional details because I'm visiting using my black card was a bit intrusive and left a bad taste in my mouth. What is the point of paying more money to visit other facilities if I have to justify why I'm there and be asked repeatedly if I wish to transfer home gyms. I've been a loyal PF member for quite some time and I like the option to use a gym when I travel but I'll quickly drop PF if this practice will be the norm.

Management at the Union City location, led by Anthony, has completely turned this gym around. The improvement in customer service, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere is noticeable the moment you walk in. He leads by example you’ll always see him moving, engaging with members, and setting the standard for his team. This gym truly feels like home now. I actually live in the Riverdale area, but I don’t mind making the commute because the level of service here is unmatched. Also… can we get a sled for the turf? 😂
