I called this morning to schedule a new patient visit.. I was on hold for 15 mins. I hung up and called back. When I called back the receptionist was so rude. I asked her if they was accepting any new patients .. she responded .. “it depends “ then when I proceeded to tell her I found this office on my INSURANCE WEBSITE WITH THE CORRECT PLAN THAT THEIR OFFICE COVERS. She didn’t want to listen.. proceed to tell me to STILL call my insurance company.
I called another pediatrician 2 mins later in Fayetteville..they answered, asked me if I was HMO or DMO AND SCHEDULED ME
I HAVE NEVER LEFT A REVIEW BUT THIS WAS TERRIBLE / horrible CUSTOMER

Great PCP been going for many years and wouldn't go anywhere else! Dr Smith is the best she always call me back when I have questions or concern about my health. The wait time is average for a practice of its size.

If I could give this doctor office a negative zero I would. The receptionist, is one of the most unprofessional individual I have ever heard. I called repeatedly thinking the front office would change, it didn't. I made the decision not to even go to this doctor, simply because of the unprofessionalism. Even when I expressed that I was thinking about switching because of the unprofessionalism, the response, "ok". I will take my money and business elsewhere.
