I have been renting from them for 8yrs. They have their faults but over all, it’s a good company. They have never just “pop up” or enter my home without permission or an adult being there. They repair staff is ALWAYS nice and professional. Yes, I have needed repairs in 8 yrs of obviously. But they always came that day or early the next day. They pick up after themselves and get the work done as quickly as possible. They have replaced my dishwasher and refrigerator without hassle or harassment. I've been renting from them for almost 3 years i got sick and Valor really understood my situation always communicate with them and they will help u in any way they can i would recommend any of there properties there good about fixing anything that is broken i just love renting from them
