The installation crew was top notch and took great strides to protect cabinets and appliances during the demo of old countertops and installation of the new. They love the new counters (quartzite Taj Mahal). Gabe was great to work with. DeBeer completed the work on time as promised. They showed up to measure and called before they came. They did the same for install. The counter tops look great and the install team was great! Highly recommend DeBeer, their crew did an outstanding job. Today they where meticulous in the installation, left the kitchen cleaner than when they arrived. It was a pleasure working with Thomas Ratliff in the selection process.
Countertops that were installed while I was not home were not the countertops that I picked out from the slab in the yard there. I have tried to call and speak to managers and have not had a return phone call for the last three days. I feel like I deserve a conversation, but cannot get a return call
Update: deBeer granite has made every effort to address and resolve the concerns I initially had with my project. While the work is not yet fully complete, I am very pleased with the level of customer service and attention they have provided throughout the process. Gabe at DeBeer was easy to work with. He help me pick out some quartz counter tops and stayed within my budget. Everything went as plans putting them in .The 2 gentlemen that install them were friendly and professional. Gabe is a great guy and DeBeer is a great place to shop .
Experience with this company was amazing. Very thorough very follow through very fast. Install team was very polite talked everything through and the granite is the most beautiful granite I’ve ever seen. It has crystals and gold flakes in it. I couldn’t be happier.
