They are the best of the best! They are quick to respond to service needs, show up when they say they will (usually to the minute), are courteous and friendly, and do exemplary service and installation work. I've used them for many years and couldn't be happier with their work.

My air conditioner/heat pump stopped working on a suddenly hot day. Temperature in the house reached 79 degrees. We were truly miserable. Our Scotty's representative, Zack Sutherland, came to the house the same day we contacted him. He quickly diagnosed the problem as being the machines condenser fan motor, returned to Scotty's shop, and then back to our house where he and his team-mate installed a new condenser fan motor. We were enjoying cool air conditioning withing minutes. Truely fantastic service. We were and remain very impressed. Signed, Brian Flynn

We called yesterday for an issue with our AC. They accommodated us quickly and came out this morning to assess and fix the issue. Both technicians introduced themselves upon arrival. Unfortunately, I have forgotten their names but they were both kind, courteous, professional, PUNCTUAL, thorough and took time to explain everything to me: their findings, the plan to fix it, how the fixed it, and a detailed breakdown of the cost (which was very reasonable and affordable). The addressed the issue quickly and efficiently. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend. Thank you, Scotty's!
