Okay, so I'm all for giving people a second chance. Today I was in the area, so I returned to have my nails done.(If I can attach pictures, they will speak volumes for themselves.)The pedicure took all cuticle, dead and live, and left blood. The manicure was done by an older lady who appeared to have wanted to sit in the corner and be left alone. She stood the entire time which usually signals a quicker than normal process. One of the nail technicians tried to.convince me.of what I wanted. Then she messed up my.nails.and got.angry when I asked her to fix it. She went on a tirade throwing the nails art kit and turning off herlight. Another pern worked with me.to get it taken care of but her attitude when she messed up.my.nails.is unexcusable. I would not come again. I'm not sure if she just didn't care or what. I hade to ask her to fix my nails 3 times and it still was bad. It felt rushed and I made sure to come on a weekday as soon as they opened, so they were not crowded. I'm disappointed my nails are lopsided on both hands and the toes aren't all that either. But I'm stuck with this for now I guess. I guess the don't know how to do coffin nails. I'm NOT happy with the work and I got bubbles on my other hand as well as lopsided nails
