A positive experience in every respect. I had gotten three other quotes from other concrete contractors and didn't get a good feeling from any of them and the quotes varied from very high to what I had thought was reasonable, based on doing research on similar jobs.
I called Sudlow Concrete, and was able to get an appointment for an estimate the next day, which was a Saturday, Bill Sudlow came right on time and we discussed the job and he answered all my questions and He gave me what I thought was a very fair price and we were able to find a time that was acceptable to do the job.

Bill Sudlow came out shortly after I requested an estimate. He was very helpful in explaining what the process entailed and explained structural reinforcements that would be added. He told me he'd send me a quote within the hour. I received his quote 10 minutes later and soon signed paperwork to allow work to begin. His office staff was friendly and helpful and also explained the process to me. Demo on Thursday, pour on Friday. The crew was punctual, friendly, and obviously very skilled at their jobs. We had our driveway replaced and when it was finished we noticed a very bad leak in our irrigation system along the driveway. It was actually about 5 daya after the installation of the concrete that we turned the water on and found the leak. We called the Sudlow office and they had a crew out here on Saturday. Apparently a stake was driven into the pipe that feed the sprayer. Within 30 minutes the damaged section was cut out and replaced. The worker were very friendly telling us what they were doing each step of the way. We turned it on and every thing was perfect. Timely response, friendly workers and everything worked excellently. What could be better?
