I was ready to give Phil and the A-1 team 5 stars, unfortunately, they proved to be the stereotypical contractor and did not finish the job strong as promised. Our driveway was replaced, including a stamped apron that Phil had told us they would stain as part of the process 30 days after pouring the driveway. After rescheduling several times and then just not showing up on the latest rescheduled date, I gave Phil one last call and have still not received a response yet (it's now 3 weeks after they were originally supposed to do it) . Had a new driveway, walkway, and courtyard poured earlier this week and so far we are very impressed with Jeff and his crew.During the demo, they accidentally damaged our gutter with the bobcat, which I hadn't noticed yet. Jeff proactively let me know and told me in writing they would pay for all repairs. Good on him for that. Thank you A-1
