I absolutely loved my experience, they did a fine job with my baby. Probably one of the best experiences that I've had with grooming....i definitely am a member now after my trail and my baby will be seen monthly! Kudos to you all! He did have a lil nik on his private area but I groomed before, it can happen when the pet is anxious or move while being serviced so I understood.

My first impression of Scenthound @ Tucker is positive. The team members are friendly and helpful. I understand the importance of only allowing one pet in the lobby at a time. However, I do see that this can cause traffic issues when someone is picking up their pet(s) at the same time as dropping off. It's just a thought and not a negative point or reflection on Scenthound.

While I didn’t have the best grooming experience at this location, I believe my dog was well cared for and came back clean as a whistle. I have a doodle & perhaps had unrealistic expectations. My German Shepherd has always been taken well care of, and for this, I highly recommend them.
I want to go out of my way to brag on the staff and management. When I voiced my concerns about my dog’s haircut, they immediately jumped into action, offering to correct the cut or offering a refund. I feel like they listened & understood my dissatisfaction, listening and offering me solutions.
