An hour late the very first appointment but once she arrived it was a fair experience. She made a second appt with me to which i have been getting the runaround for a month only for her to cancel hours before my appointment. very unprofessional customer service.

This is excellent choice to stop and get your braids done and your hair styled. She offers not only good customer service but tips to maintain your hair as well. I recommend this shop to everyone. I have been coming since the pandemic and will continue to support this shop.

She cancelled on me THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT, stating she had an emergency, had to run errands, and had to get my hair. She asked if she could reschedule me, and when I responded back, no confirmation. I didn’t even get a chance to experience how good she is. She did my friend’s hair and it came out really nice, but my dollars will go to someone else.

She asked if she could reschedule me, and when I responded back, no confirmation. I didn’t even get a chance to experience how good she is. She did my friend’s hair and it came out really nice, but my dollars will go to someone else.

Ndey was trying to price gouge me which was very unprofessional. She was changing the price from $180 to $200 to $220. I suffered for 8 hrs getting my hair braided. (Which was my fault for sitting there taking the pain!!!) I constantly asked if she could be a little more gentle she said ok then proceeded on pulling my scalp OUT!!! It was like she was slick fighting my head!!! GO AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

I made an appointment Friday for Sunday. Nay, the stylist, was 20 minutes late. And she told me she tried to confirm via call that I never received. When I called the morning of she didn’t acknowledge a canceled appointment but expected me to wait til she chemical set another client before starting my hair. I took my money elsewhere especially when she could have told me she canceled my appointment that morning. Terrible customer service.

I called at 2pm to book my daughter hair appointment. I wanted to make sure she could do it since we were going out of town the next day. She said she could do it at 5pm and would be on time . When 5pm came she said she still wasn’t ready . Then she said she would be there at 520, 518 I called her to ask was she in route . She said no it’s only 512. But if you are suppose to be here at 520, she should have been on her way. She is a compulsive liar and I would never attempt to do business with this hair salon . I was so disappointed because she gave me her word and said she was the owner. I would not recommend them at all.
