Based on the reviews, LMI Systems, Inc. provides excellent service from start to finish. Their technicians are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and patient. They clearly explain everything in detail, ensuring customers understand the problem and what needs to be done. The team goes above and beyond to fully address issues, whether restoring power to a business or fixing an apartment problem. Their customer service is top notch, and the staff makes customers feel like they are the only customer. LMI also offers a convenient and affordable Technology as a Service (TaaS), providing networking and security equipment with a monthly fee that works great. The IT support staff is great, and the technicians are always on time. Highly recommended for anyone needing IT services.
Gary with LMI System was outstanding. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire visit. It didn’t take him long at all to identify the problem, and he went above and beyond to make sure it was fully addressed.
What really stood out was how clearly he explained everything to us, making sure we understood what was happening and what needed to be done. His attention to detail and calm, respectful approach made the whole experience stress-free.

I had the pleasure of meeting Clayton when he came to service my apartment! He was very knowledgeable explained everything in detail…he was able to fix my problem with no issues!! O and he was on time! Customer service great! 10/10
LMI's TaaS is very convenient and affordable. (Technology as a Service) provided my new store with networking and security equipment. The monthly fee works great for me and so far no complaints. I'll be back in 3-6 months to update this with any changes.
