I’m at a loss for words. I reached out for services via a referral and this was his response. Please make sure you CALL him as he “is not a texter” and will hang up on you when you ask if “he’s a plumber” when I asked, what information do you need from me regarding my plumbing issues. I wouldn’t trust this person him my home as a woman. He doesn’t seem stable or safe.
By far the worst plumbing experience I have ever had. Lennox refused to cut the sheet rock to find the origin of my water leak. He told me it will “be alright.” I sent my insurance company his write up and they laughed. Reconsider using this company. This was a complete waste of time.
