My grandma just had surgery to amputate her toe and this place is the literal worst. The hospital authorized home care a week before release and somehow they didn’t register that to their computer and now the insurance is even saying they authorized home care and these people just don’t have the authorization registered in their computer. Very incompetent and useless office staff. Why don’t you just call the insurance and straighten this out? It’s been 3 days she had major surgery. Don’t use this place if you have a loved one in need of care.

They are terrible run your dear life or else your loved one will not be well taken care off they are awfull.My mother left the hospital a week ago w pressure sores. No wound care supply were ordered a whole week post assessment with no supply .Call several times no one cares.Terrible agency. Staff not knowledgeable. Agency manager don't care.

Allison white is just awesome, very positive and knowledgeable. She gets right to business,while at the same time explaining the purpose and what to expect from the exercise. Very well spent "quality time" .
