Excellent experience from start to finish. The team set realistic timelines, communicated well, and even worked the morning of Christmas Eve. They helped move heavy furniture, protected everything from dust, and replaced soaked plywood under the flooring instead of cutting corners. The new floors are an almost perfect match to the original.
