In April, I scheduled two driving classes that were consistently canceled. About a month ago, after numerous calls, I sought a refund. This was denied because, according to their records, my classes were only canceled twice. This directly contradicted my experience, as the driver often canceled via text, bypassing the company's official cancellation process and leading to far more reschedules than were recorded. A representative from their financial department eventually contacted me and arranged for a different driver. Horrible communication and rude supervisor. Had difficulty scheduling lessons. The company gave us 3 available times. We accepted all three and then they canceled all of them based on an error they made. We scheduled 2 more lessons. On both lessons, the instructor was 30 min late with no communication. My child was supposed to be picked up at the school, however they did not notify us of any delays. I had to come get her after she was waiting by herself. On one of the lessons, the instructor just failed to show up at all. They say they pride themselves on safety, however have no problem putting underage children at risk. This place is a total SCAM and will take your money!!
