Reeves Heating & Air just replaced our damaged heat pump hood. They did an outstanding job. The unit looks much neater than before. The installation techs were very professional and really knew what they were doing. All edges were crimped and sealed and the connections to the house are much improved. The cost was very reasonable. The job was completed one week after I called for the estimate. The Reeves Heating and Air office staff are also outstandingly helpful. I am glad I chose this company for our bi-annual maintenence and occasional repairs.

We own a second home near Trenton, GA. The day before we planned to leave to return to our primary home, we had a problem with our air conditioner. The fan had quit working. I called Reeves and the wonderfully sweet and helpful woman on the phone (no kidding...she's a gem) said they could send someone out that afternoon to troubleshoot. We received the text notification that the tech was on his way and about 15 minutes later, Alan showed up. He quickly diagnosed the need for a new blower motor, but said it might be a couple of days before they could get the part and install it.
