Two months ago my AC went out. I had called another AC repair business. Paid over $850. And was told it was working. One week later the same company told me I would need another unit. Called Tropical Air who replaced my unit for much less money than the first company. Dwayne and Jake replaced unit and also took care of my warranty. Couldn't ask for more professional and honest people. They even checked on us before they could install the unit to make sure we were ok. I will never use another AC company other than Tropical Air. Dewayne and Jake are the best! Tropical Air recently replaced 2 units for us. They were prompt to come to us and help us weigh out our options for the replacement of these units. I would recommend them for any air conditioning/ heater repair or replace. We love to support local family owned businesses.
