I was in search of a new AC unit due to an ongoing issue with the old unit that finally came to a head. I decided to shop around the price while also looking for a company we would be comfortable working with going forward and was recommended Tropical Air. Their price was reasonable and Dwayne was very professional in speaking to me on details of the units and getting an official quote sent. Two months ago my AC went out. I had called another AC repair business. Paid over $850. And was told it was working. One week later the same company told me I would need another unit. Called Tropical Air who replaced my unit for much less money than the first company. Dwayne and Jake replaced unit and also took care of my warranty. Couldn't ask for more professional and honest people. They even checked on us before they could install the unit to make sure we were ok. I will never use another AC company other than Tropical Air. Dewayne and Jake are the best! Tropical Air recently replaced 2 units for us. They were prompt to come to us and help us weigh out our options for the replacement of these units.
