I had went to luxury nails (calling them out, yes) and had the exact opposite of what i asked for after stating exactly what i wanted multiple times. I went to Elegant nails immediately after and told them the situation, i couldn’t stand the nails i had, the guy was the most helpful and did exactly what i asked and matched the picture perfectly. I didn’t get his name but everyone there was interested in what I had to say and listened carefully, they all seemed so understanding, I cannot praise them enough for helping me fix them. As well as a ABAC student discount. Will most definitely be back for my next few years at ABAC!! Thank yall!!
I love elegant nails and how the employees are funny and talkative. However, I have recently noticed an increase in cuss words in the salon. I really don’t mind most of them and sometimes find them comical, but I cannot stand when someone uses “GD.” Especially as a business that is supposed to be professional. I am sure this word has turned others away in the salon who may have overheard as well
I have been coming here for about 8-9 years now. I have been to a few places closer to home (I live a little over an hour from them)to try out but always end right back up here because of the wonderful work they do. They are always so nice and I have never had them mess up on my mani's or pedi's. 1000/10 recommend trying them out if you've never been.
