Beautiful cemetery with a lot of history. Great place to walk around and get some exercise here. You can donate a few bucks and they will give you a map. Very nice in the summertime

I don’t know what I was expecting, we came to visit because my mother-in-law really wanted to go. I think I could’ve spent all day here, in fact we plan to come back and take a guided tour. You walk through and want to know more about the people buried here. The graves and families entombed here are incredibly thought-provoking. Lots of tragic history mixed with the Gothic southern surroundings. It’s an incredible place, I’d highly recommend doing a guided tour to get the most out of it. They even had a Revolutionary War soldier and of course the famous “Little Gracie”.

One of the nicest cemeteries I've been to in the United States. Over 500 confederate soldiers, one union soldier. Found him. He needs more recognition here. None of the workers or volunteers knew who it was or where he was buried. :/
