Very polite and professional guys. I highly recommend Williams Sewer and Drain. These guys went above and beyond today to make sure the issue was resolved before they left. They truly care about their customers. Great job!!!
We had an emergency situation at our home on Friday night. Our guest called and stated that the toilets and showers were backing up. We called WSD for help. They responded immediately and arrived to pump out the Septic tank which ended up not being the problem. The septic pipe ended up being clogged. Tyrone and Reckio arrived at 11:00 pm were beyond professional and worked on the system until they completed the job at 2:30 am. What and awesome job they did and I will now call on WSD for all my septic/ drainage needs. Hat's off to a great well run Company. Thank you so much.
Technicians Tyreik and Randy, along with workers Fred and Rico were all very professional, personable, polite, knowledgeable and helpful. I asked them a lot of questions about septic systems, septic tanks, and septic drain field lines, they answered all my questions and pointed out the specifics of the septic tank, such as: Why the influent line is an open "T" top pipe; that a baffle wall exists between the two chambers of the septic tank and that its purpose is to keep the influent solids in the first chamber while allowing the liquids to travel over the baffle wall to the effluent chamber, that there is a filter in the effluent line out to the drain field and how to...read full review
