Ignore the bad reviews from people who can't read signs - I FINALLY FOUND A DOCTOR THAT LISTENS. Augusta is too far for me to travel and I heard mednow had primary care doctors and I needed a new doctor so I gave it a shot. April White is amazing!! I am in tears because a doctor finally listened and asked WHAT I NEED. Clone this woman! And the nurses and staff are angels! Madison was very helpful and the communication between us was fast and thorough. It's also nice for me who has a few limiting conditions to just show up on a good day physically and wait a few extra minutes to be seen. I love this place and I am so happy it's close to home!

This office is fantastic!!! My daughter and I were both sick with a respiratory virus last week, when arriving We were greeted and checked in quickly, we were called back and 2 medical assistants took our vitals and April the nurse practitioner came in was very professional. She got us taken care of and we were out the door. I have also seen Helen Brooks,NP in the past and I couldn’t ask for better care from her as well. We are very fortunate to have a great urgent care such as Med Now in Thomson.

Staff was for the most part friendly-our nurse was awesome and seemed to be genuinely concerned and caring. Office, waiting area and examination room appeared to be clean as well - Great job overall!
