Dozier always provides excellent service. I have been using them for years. Connie is always friendly in scheduling my appointments. I had a unit replaced and have mainly received maintenance from Ethan. He is very thorough and takes the time to explain everything in detail. I am satisfied with this company and highly recommend.

Our showroom air conditioner at C&C tire service stopped working abruptly in the dog days of summer. I called Dozier and Mrs. Connie sent Ethan over to diagnose it almost immediately. We needed a whole new system, it was time. Ethan was very professional, and once we decided to go foward with repairs, Ethan returned with Mr. Bill Dozier the owner. They installed a temporary A/C unit for us until they could install our new unit the next day. Mr. Bill was there overseeing the entire install the next day, and their work was second to none.
