Everyone has been friendly and kind. The paperwork is simple and getting the deposit into your account is easy. I think return customers who have a great payment history should be treated as such and the process should be simplified a little for them.

My experience was easy and I hardly had to do much in office since I was sent links to upload needed documents ahead of time. Angel Hamilton was great to work with explained everything in detail and answered all the questions I had plus more. Her customer service is top notch!!

There is the wonderful rep at the Thomasville, Georgia location her name is Angel. I e been with world finance almost a year and she definitely always comes through she keeps me updated on reporting and bill pay. She’s always so nice and give accurate information. She definitely needs a raise ASAP!!
