Joni Rice works at Today and is hands down the best cosmetologist I have had the pleasure of meeting. I'm not very good at expressing myself and what I want when it comes to my hair. Yet, somehow she knows what I want. I trust her completely, as my cosmetologist, confidant and most important of all, my friend. She is calm and calming when all hell is going on around her. I told her that I would be following her where ever she went, if she so chooses to go elsewhere for any reason. I most definitely will recommend her to anyone who is in search of a new stylist. You just might be might be pleasantly surprised. Drop by Today & tell her Hope sent you (I'm not receiving any type of compensation for my opinion, she has no idea that I am doing this).
