Therapy Plus offers so much! I began with massage therapy there. Then started physical therapy and now I have added Pilates. ALL of the staff have treated me with kindness, enthusiasm and it is obvious they want me to succeed in my health journey. If you are local to Thomasville or the surrounding areas it is worth the trip as you will benefit from their multiple offerings. I’m so happy I made the decision to check out Therapy Plus for myself.

One of my favorite places to be! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Courtney, Stephanie, and Maddie! Their group classes have been fabulous and my private classes with Courtney have really added to my momentum of toning up! Kaitlyn has been fabulous helping me with my appointments and account details…. I highly recommend anyone!

Pilates Flow is awesome. I had not exercised in 4 years. Jess was a great instructor and made me feel very at ease. The staff if friendly and inviting. Do yourself a favor and take a class!
