Rachel Sanders, RN was the absolute best nurse I have ever had!!! She was so attentive and really cared about me. I felt like I had known her for years and it was such a great experience for my first time at John D. Archbold Memorial Hospital all because of her!! She is really one of the best and so awesome at her job! She is so deserving of an award for her amazing job well done!
We arrived for my brother’s out patient surgery @12:30 pm. I sat in the lobby 4 hours without any updates from his nurse. I didn’t know he was out of surgery until he called saying he had another 3 hours to do his dialysis treatment, still no updates from his nurse. By this point, I was pissed off! He asked us to bring him food because he was hungry and we had to figure out how to get him the food because of the lack of concern from any of the nurses. I’m sitting patiently waiting in the lobby not knowing he had went to another part of the hospital.
I pray I never have to be a patient here!
They don’t care about the patients. We were told so many lies from Saturday to today.
