Today at Metta Day Spa I had a facial and then I had a body massage. The facial was luxious, refreshing my face all the way to my toes; the body massage was fabulous, my body is so happy it's been soothed and renewed. Having the facial and body massage one after the other was exceptional. Highly recommend Metta Day Spa.

First time I have ever been to a place like this and it was amazing!! I truly now understand how people can heal from trauma and things just from having a massage. It releases things physically and emotionally that your body has been holding on to. Not sure the ladies name that done mine but she was amazing!! Plan on definitely going back. Absolutely loved my first experience!!

I've been using Metta for at least 10 years. Every massage has been wonderful - I consider it an important part of my health care, nit just self-care. The environment is always relaxing and soothing. I highly recommend Metta!
