I have not used their services due to the rudeness of the receptionist. I’m sure they are great but they need someone else to answer the phones who is professional.

Green’s Heating & A/C has not only done great work on my personal home, but they recently went above and beyond for a homeowner I was helping during a roof inspection. Her A/C had frozen up during this cold weather, and they were quick to come out, diagnose the issue, order the needed part, and get her heat back up and running in no time.

Greens never spoke to me directly. I left a voicemail one Saturday around lunch while looking for a technition to repair my ac. Another company (Mills heating and cooling)I left a voicemail with called me within 30 minutes and asked if I still needed assistance. I told them to come to my home, I was there. Mills fixed the issue within 40 minutes of speaking with them. Several hours later Greens just showed up without speaking to me or confirming any appointment. They claim I didn't cancel an appointment, but I never made one. I just left a voicemail. They sent me a bill and I told them I would not pay it.

Cory and his team were super quick in coming out to take a look at my AC that had quit cooling. I had been without AC for five days. I was given a quote right there on the spot and new unit was installed the next day! I am pleased with the service provided. Quick and efficient! Definitely recommend.
