She took the time to explain each step of the process, ensuring that we were comfortable and that it was exactly what we wanted.

My grandson showed her a picture of the style he wanted, and instead of just following the image, Lauren thoughtfully recommended some adjustments to suit his curls. The result was even better than we had imagined! Her expertise and attention to detail really made a difference.
