“LaDonna is simply amazing! I had strategically planned and scheduled my visit to see Ladonna and get my hair highlighted. However, my son had a doctors appointment that ran late and so we unfortunately were running about two hours behind. I felt horrible and called to let her know and even though she could easily have still charged me and called it a day, because that is a hair salons policy, Ladonna told me that she would stay late and she did! She patiently waited for me and did a fabulous job on my hair as always. I am so grateful and really just enjoy this lady and her outstanding customer service.“
