Love this place! It's small compared to big business gyms but its perfect as far as the amenities. Has 2 pools, one heated. Clean locker room. Front desk staff always friendly and calls me by name.

A great gym for most ages and for any skill level. It has a very comfortable environment, and it is always clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and appreciates the community and its patrons. There is a wide variety of machines, weights, and equipment. Members of the gym are courteous and I have never experienced any problems or unpleasant interactions. Even on seemingly busy days/times, it isn’t packed full. There are fitness classes and trainers that are dedicated to helping you reach your wellness goals.

After being treated like I was bum off the streets from Planet Fattness just to join. My wife and I went to Wellness Center of URMC and was treated like folks of the Community. It took less than 15 minutes from front door to sign up.f
