Hello I need to tell you all about Six8teen Home & Property Management LLC they came to my home after the contractor I had hired quit the job without finishing . I was overwhelmed . They came to my home so quickly. They listened. They inspected plumbing , they told me exactly what the damage that was done from previous contractor. They worked after hours on the weekend to make sure that I had a finishing bathroom again. The kindness that the shown me made me feel relieved that I finally found an honest person.Believe me , I know the hard way what it's like to pick the wrong contractor . I am an employee of Chris and I know first hand the evan guy below us not stating facts and defiantly lying. he did not work but a half a day for the week he worked with us and got fired for not showing up but one day in a week and left early the day he did work. Chris told him if he left he would not be paid for the day he was here because he caused EVERYONE to have to leave the job on the act of Evan having to leave but no ride so the owner of the company had to drive him home. and as far as his tools he left them in the shop and they are still sitting where they were left. so you all do not pay him no attention. because I can definitely tell you Chris has paid me and all his employees everytime on time. . . he was told straight up if he left that day he would not be paid. . . PERIOD..... YALL contact boss man he has all the messages where he asked for a advance even after not showing up the rest of the week.

Chris and his team have done two projects for me (new set of stairs and a deck demo) and I have been extremely happy with their work. They are prompt with communication and scheduling, fair pricing, and quality work. I'm already getting a quote on a third project for driveway gravel. Will continue to recommend them to all neighbors and friends looking to have projects done around the home.Service: General repairs

Chris and his crew came out as promised and did a great job. A tree feel and hit part of my house and they handled not only the home repairs but also tree removal for a great price. All of them were very professional & friendly and I would definitely recommend to anyone. Will be using their service again for some other upcoming projects!! Was good with communication and was professional to get the job. Everything thereafter was downhill and ridiculous. Had to nag them to finish a simple drywall repair. Was supposed to fix a gate as well and never showed up or communicated that they weren't coming to the scheduled appointment multiple times to get the job done. I would not even recommend to someone I loathed. You need to learn never oversell and under deliver. Simple. Stop trying to be a yes man and keep your word as a good business practice.
