I had a 10+ year old furnace fail in the middle of a cold spell. Tom was on vacation but Lee showed up the day I called and was able to partly fix the issue. Once it failed again overnight Tom assured he would check it out the following week when he returned home. Well he showed up on Sunday after getting home (can’t commend him enough as this was not at all expected) inspected the entire unit, discovered the issue and not only fixed the issue but he also discovered other issues that a previous company had created by using shortcuts. He fixed those as well and made sure everything was properly setup before leaving.

Just had my entire HVAC system replaced by Air Tech and I couldn’t be happier! Excellent response time, prompt installation, fair price and super professional. Trust me, if you want quality service call Tom at Air Tech. 1000% satisfied.
Had maintainance and repair work on 3 units. Did an outstanding job on repair of wires that were chewed by animals. Also ran a new gas line to replace old twisted, crimped copper line. He was professional and responsive. The work was done in a very reasonable time. The quality of the work is excellent.
Would highly recommend Airtech and Tom Pollard for any HVAC work.
