Optim Medical Center - Screven offers local, high-quality healthcare services without the need for travel. The physical therapy department is excellent and top notch, with a staff that is well-trained, friendly, efficient, helpful, and sweet. They genuinely care about their patients, communicate well, and make people feel comfortable. The team helps patients do their best to finish therapy successfully. The entire staff works to keep patients calm during stressful situations and can assist with transfers to other hospitals when needed. The center is a fortunate and valuable service for the Sylvania, Georgia community.
Was seen in a very timely manner. I was checked in professionally and was seen with in 20 minutes of my arrival. The nurse had a wonderful presence about her. Kept me at ease and I was treated as a person not just a job she had to do.
We had an excellent experience at this hospital. My fiancé went in with possible appendicitis, and from the moment we arrived, the staff acted quickly and professionally. He was taken right back to triage, & everyone we encountered was attentive, compassionate, & efficient.
The ER staff moved fast to assess his condition & make the right call. Thanks to their promptness & coordination, he was sent to Statesboro & in surgery within a few hours.

The physical therapy department is top notch. They genuinely care about their patients and make you feel comfortable doing therapy. They want you doing your best so that you will be at your best when you finish your therapy. We are so fortunate to have this service available to us at Optim Medical Center here in Sylvania. I would recommend their services to anyone needing therapy.
