They scheduled a technician promptly and even followed up with a reminder before they arrived. The technician arrived right on time, was polite, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my AC and had it up and running in no time. I highly recommend Quality Air to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy HVAC professionals.
