Called needing help for my daughter's car who is attending college. I'm out of state and couldn't look at it. James was extremely helpful setting up the appointment, was on time and followed through with what we discussed. Turns out the issue was not related to the key. He was extremely honest shared the codes with me and even gave me a recommendation on a reputable shop in town. I expected some type of charge for his time or the trip at least. To my surprise he wasn't trying to charge me anything. You don't find good people like him often anymore. Despite it being the weekend, his service was exceptional. We urgently needed a special key duplicated for the meeting room, and thanks to his efforts, we were able to resolve the issue without any disruption to our work. Thank you again!

I lost my car keys and it was a coded key, he was able to get me a new key with the same code so if I found mine they would still work, he came to my house and was very polite, would definitely recommend him
